Supervisory

The ADHP offers supervisory for Depth Hypnosis Practitioners in two forms – classes and private supervisory sessions. We have two sanctioned supervisory practitioners. Sessions are offered in 15-minute increments.

Isa Gucciardi, Ph.D.

Isa Gucciardi, Ph.D. developed Depth Hypnosis™ after years of academic training and in the field study with shamanic and spiritual teachers. She founded the Foundation of the Sacred Stream, a school for consciousness studies in Berkeley, CA, to house the training programs of Depth Hypnosis and related subjects after her private practice could no longer meet client demand for the work of Depth Hypnosis. In addition to training hundreds of people to be spiritual counselors in Depth Hypnosis, she has taught thousands of students seeking personal growth in the Foundation’s other academic programs of Applied Shamanism™, Applied Buddhist Psychology, Integrated Energy Medicine, and Empowered Living. She has also worked one on one with many, many clients from all walks of life in her twenty years of practice. Her clients include corporate executives, ministers and religious officials from all faiths, supervisors of social agencies, business coaches, psychotherapists, midwives, medical doctors, parents and everyday people seeking deeper understanding about themselves.

Laura Chandler, CHT

Laura Chandler, CHT, is a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner and Shamanic Counselor. She has received extensive training in Hypnosis, Depth Hypnosis, and Applied Shamanism and is the co-founder of the Foundation of the Sacred Stream. Laura teaches courses in Depth Hypnosis, Applied Shamanism and creativity. She has written many articles, and is the co-author of the book Coming to Peace.

Laura has worked as a rape crisis and battered women’s counselor, and has studied various systems of energetic healing. She is also a professional songwriter and musician and applies her understanding of creativity to help other artists work through their personal and creative blocks. Laura’s clients include executives, teachers, psychologists, artists, parents, and people seeking greater personal understanding and clarity in their lives. With all of her clients, Laura creates a safe space for them to explore their issues. She is located in San Francisco and Berkeley and has an active Bay Area practice.

Supervisory Classes

There are several supervisory style classes offered for Depth Hypnosis – Depth Hypnosis Supervisory, Next Steps in Depth Hypnosis, and supervisory questions will also be addressed in the Depth Hypnosis Foundation Course and the Advanced Depth Hypnosis Course.
