Tara is committed to supporting you on your healing path. She employs Depth Hypnosis and applied shamanic practices to address emotional wounding and deepen connection to self and purpose. The compassionate, safe container created in her sessions allows her clients to dive inward, accessing their own insight to guide growth and healing.

Tara is also a marine scientist working in San Francisco Bay for over 25 years. She is in awe of our natural world’s dynamic ecosystems, and our dynamic inner ecosystems.
