Noe holds space in a way that helps you feel safe and seen, while also finding the questions that help unlock new layers of understanding. Also trained in Applied Shamanic Counseling, Integrated Energy Medicine, Suggestion Hypnosis, Noe weaves in these modalities as needed to support a healing journey as unique as you are. Her work is also informed by Internal Family Systems therapy, in which she trained with IFS Canada.

A lifelong seeker, Noe grew up always curious about the big questions. What is my purpose in life? Why do people suffer? How can we heal? Noe first explored these questions through the avenue of the creative arts. During her twenty-five year career as a professional singer-songwriter, Noe released eight albums of original music, toured the world, and built an international following of listeners drawn to her songs’ poetic lyrics and spiritual themes. At midlife, a spiritual awakening led Noe to center spirituality in her life. She embarked on a path of formal study, earning her MTS (comparative religion) from Harvard Divinity School in 2009. Since then, she has embraced a path of service as a ritualist and circle keeper, helping women and families deepen their connection to Earth wisdom, to themselves and to each other. Today, Noe’s favorite way to be of service is a Depth Hypnosis Practitioner, Applied Shamanic Counselor, and Minister of the Sacred Stream, helping to midwife personal transformation within the safe, sacred container of the one on one session.
