Jennifer “Jen” Maitreya, Ed.S., is a licensed psychologist, Depth Hypnosis Practitioner and Spiritual Counselor. She specializes in helping you to find your inner JOY by assisting you in healing challenges you have experienced. Jen is a Buddhist practitioner of more than 30 years and has a focused compassion and gratitude practice. She honors all belief systems and supports you in connecting to your deepest and most helpful guidance in your healing processes.

Jen incorporates depth hypnotherapy, shamanic practices, energy medicine, parts work, coming to peace conflict resolution and body-centered strategies in her work with clients. She will also help you to develop a plan for taking personal responsibility and working with real life challenges outside the therapy session.
