Elizabeth Day, Ph.D., is a certified Applied Shamanic Counselor, Depth Hypnosis Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, Somatic Leadership Coach, Integrative Enneagram Practitioner, Equine Therapist, and Interfaith Minister. Elizabeth holds a doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. Years before she came to Depth Hypnosis, her PhD research in Narrative Inquiry reflected her passion for understanding and leveraging the transformative power of story in our lives. What clients especially note is Elizabeth’s warmth, her compassionate listening, her acute capacity for drawing connections, and her meticulous attention.
Elizabeth is fiercely dedicated to helping individuals discover patterns, move through obstacles, and reconnect with their inherent wholeness. Her coaching and counseling practice is grounded in these principles: an abiding faith in one’s higher self to direct and support the healing process; the innate intelligence of the mind-body-soul connection; the power of nature to teach and restore; a commitment to social justice and dismantling systems of oppression; and the sentient presence and feedback of horses. She invites you to work with her and experience what’s possible when you take an active and curious role in your own transformative process, nurturing your most authentic, joyful, and embodied self.
