Amy Lynn is a luminary in the realm of transformational healing, with a rich tapestry of experience spanning three decades across various domains dedicated to elevating human potential and consciousness, and is the founder of Your Heart Centered. During a significant portion of this time, she has held director-level administrative positions, specializing in global corporate Western medicine. Her experience spans team leadership and development, collegiate academic education, mentoring, coaching, public speaking, and consulting. Simultaneously, Amy has actively engaged in healthcare and holistic wellness, dedicating many years to the fitness arena as an pro-athlete. While raising a family. These experiences have inspired and guided her transition to a life of service, following an extensive apprenticeship with ancestral wisdom teachers, deepening her commitment to the greater good.
Amy now supports clients through life transitions: career changes, relationship shifts, inner conflicts, crises, birth, illness (acute, chronic, terminal), and the death process, helping them find clarity and peace during each transition.
