Tina has been involved with transpersonal psychology, vipassana meditation and consciousness studies for the past 25 years. Using Depth Hypnosis, energy medicine and mindfulness, Tina helps guide you home to your essential self, returning to wholeness. Working beyond the ego mind, clients access the healer and teacher within. Clients shift stagnant patterns and limiting beliefs to gain increased vitality, a greater sense of self-love and the opportunity for freedom, becoming aware of what truly makes them happy and taking responsibility for that.
Tina is a licensed Marriage and Family therapist, since 2006. She has an MA in Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University, Graduate School for Holistic Studies/Transpersonal Psychology. She also facilitates group therapy and mindfulness and spirituality groups.
